On paper this looks quite good and I think the idea is interesting. The cadence is odd, for me. The suction is very slow but does hold a bit. Vibration works, and the spinning internal sleeve is intense but again the cadence and the progression to climax is not quite thought out. For me, I overpowered the motor when fully inserted and so wasn't quite able to complete. I'd say it's good for fun but doesn't allow you to thrust or make the experience more intense etc to complete.
